We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and profile image (via Google OAuth). When you purchase credits, payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full credit card number. We collect usage data including songs generated, API requests, IP addresses, and browser information. Generated song content (prompts, lyrics, audio files) is stored in association with your account.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process credit purchases and track your balance; generate songs based on your inputs; improve our service quality and user experience; communicate with you about your account, purchases, and service updates; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 (database) and Cloudflare R2 (audio file storage). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is distributed globally through Cloudflare's network for performance and reliability. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy); Google for OAuth authentication (subject to Google's Privacy Policy); Neume by Neumosys LLC for AI song generation. We share only the minimum data necessary with each service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Generated songs and associated data are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Credit transaction history is retained for accounting and audit purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, though we may retain anonymized usage data.
You have the right to: access your personal data and request a copy; correct inaccurate personal information; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your generated songs and account data; opt out of non-essential communications. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser or when your session expires (30 days). You can configure your browser to block cookies, but this may prevent you from using the Service.
The Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. The "Effective date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
